Features of the villa include:

• Main accommodation is on two levels
• The lounge is spacious with two leather settees and TV and music system and DVD. There are TV channels in English
• An exceptionally nice large separate fully fitted  kitchen very well  equipped - fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, iron , oven and hob,  etc., and a small utility off kitchen houses the washing machine
• A dining table and chairs are in an area between the lounge and the kitchen
• On the ground floor of the villa also is a double bedded bedroom with a separate WC and a second lounge area also with a TV
• Upstairs to the first floor there is a double bedded bedroom with fitted wardrobes and separate bathroom with corner bath
• Also on the first floor there is the third bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom with corner bath
• From these bedrooms there are patio windows onto the upper terrace with seating area and good sea views
• The pool is of a good size which has the sun all day
• Good sized sun terrace with loungers and parasols and a covered area in front of the pool and lounge patio windows ideal for sundowners and al fresco dining
• There is a sea view from the terrace. and a poolside shower 
• There are also steps from the pool terrace to an upper terrace with garden and covered pergola seating area
  

The villa is in very good order and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants but car would be advantageous. 

From the roadside in Calle El Mojon there are about a dozen or so steps up to the pool terrace and villa entrance.

No smoking allowed in villa. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

All linen and villa towels provided. Poolside towels not provided.

Callao Salvaje is a coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble. 
It has good restaurants most of which are on the ocean front, Bars - some with live entertainment, supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery, beauty salon,
