A short walk to the shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje of about 10 - 15 mins. Car would be an advantage for shopping etc. The villa is situated in a quiet road surrounded by other large villas of a similar quality.

The villa furnishings are of good quality and the decoration is in very good order

No smoking allowed in bedrooms. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

All linen and towels supplied.

Mid week towel change and at the end of each week there is a total linen and towel change and part clean. Extra cleans can be provided at extra cost.

Arrivals can be on any day.

• There is a one bedroom studio apartment with shower room and kitchen at roadside level which has double bed and can sleep two persons plus one or two more on a bed settee.

Local Area

Callao Salvaje is a coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble.
